Ind Bank Housing Limited’s board extends the term of Smt. R. Padma as independent director

Ind Bank Housing Limited announced on August 14, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Smt. R. Padma as an independent director for a second consecutive term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting, and Shri. R Murugesan as a Non-Executive Nominee Director under Section 161(3) of the Companies Act 2013, effective August 14, 2026.
