IST Ltd consolidated sales up 1.37% on year in Q2FY2026

IST Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.23% to Rs 661.0 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 974.84% to Rs 83.11 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 1.37% to Rs 34.89 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 10.73 lakh crore, rising 3.75%. It has marginally improved by 0.80% over last one week and surged by 19% in last one month while the market capitalization of IST Ltd has improved by 3.87% and 9.87% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of IST Ltd stood at Rs 99.24 crore in Q2 FY26, gaining 8.44% year-on-year, and plunging by 1417.93% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 71 crore, jumping 38.83% YoY and tumbling by 327.84% sequentially. Total expenses contracted by 10.04% to Rs 20.53 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 2.11 crore, soaring by 21.26% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.33 crore, surging 26.60% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 4.90% to Rs 115.03 crore, while net profit rose by 11.41% to Rs 139.93 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 1392% to Rs 25.97 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 5.13% to Rs 177.64 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 41.74 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.37 crore in FY25. IST Ltd crashed 25.29% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.
