DCM Shriram International Ltd consolidated sales down 6.77% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit plunged by 100.16%

DCM Shriram International Ltd share price gained 3.03% to Rs 84.38. The Company's net profit tanked by 100.16% to Rs 0.03 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 6.77% to Rs 106.19 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Textile Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.65 lakh crore, rising 2.72%. It has softened by 1.83% over last one week and advanced by 14.65% in last one month while the market capitalization of DCM Shriram International Ltd has inched up 0.78% and 34.99% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of DCM Shriram International Ltd stood at Rs 2.11 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 51.61% year-on-year, and nosediving by 112.59% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, crashing by 52.35% YoY and expanding by 95.80% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 5.95% to Rs 106.84 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 47.71 crore, increasing 10.08% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 20.52 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 4.96% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 21.13% to Rs 440.16 crore, while net profit tumbled by 121.86% to Rs 13.78 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 6921% to Rs 4.68 crore, and PBT collapsed by 112.30% to Rs 10.36 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 38.6 crore in FY26, as against Rs 50.62 crore in FY25.
