Bazel International Ltd consolidated sales up 16.35% on year in Q2FY2026

Bazel International Ltd share price inched up 1.58% to Rs 18.69 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 262.86% to Rs 0.57 crore, while revenue from operations increased 16.35% to Rs 1.21 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 17.12 lakh crore, gaining 6.80%. It has improved by 0.36% over last one week and rallied by 15.42% in last one month while the market capitalization of Bazel International Ltd has marginally improved by 0.60% and 3.78% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Bazel International Ltd stood at Rs 0.72 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 75.61% year-on-year, and expanding by 300.00% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, jumping 181.48% YoY and plunging by 233.33% sequentially. Total expenses tumbled by 62.02% to Rs 0.49 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.18 crore, remaining flat YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 81.96% to Rs 3.21 crore, while net profit soared by 61.11% to Rs 0.58 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA plunged by 46% to Rs 0.73 crore, and PBT jumped 91.49% to Rs 0.9 crore compared to previous TTM. Bazel International Ltd nosedived by 41.58% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.
