Unison Metals Ltd consolidated sales up 49.31% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 174.29%

Unison Metals Ltd share price remained flat to Rs 0.76 after the company's net profit saw a strong growth of 174.29% to Rs 1.92 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 49.31% to Rs 132.14 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Iron & Steel Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.17 lakh crore, declining 1.36%. It has marginally improved by 0.13% over last one week and crept higher by 6.92% in last one month while the market capitalization of Unison Metals Ltd has edged up by 10.13% and 23.25% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Unison Metals Ltd stood at Rs 2.39 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 35.80% year-on-year, and rallying 165.56% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, expanding by 20.81% YoY and jumping 486.60% sequentially. Total expenses jumped by 45.63% to Rs 127.32 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 121.96 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 63.84% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.83 crore, surging 154.17% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 14.32% to Rs 315.25 crore, while net profit jumped 25.57% to Rs 4.42 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1389% to Rs 14.24 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 21.51% to Rs 6.1 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 8.31 crore in FY26, as against Rs 5.34 crore in FY25. Unison Metals Ltd plunged by 69.11% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.
