Kanungo Financiers Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and noted the resignation of statutory auditor H S K & Co LLP, which was appointed on September 25, 2024, and was scheduled to expire at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting in 2029.
