Shareholders of Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital Limited will participate in the Annual General Meeting through remote e-voting via [www.evotingindia.com](http://www.evotingindia.com) or a virtual meeting, with registration for speaking open until September 2, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
