Gourmet Gateway India Limited allotted shares, receiving Rs 78.6 million from warrant holders

Gourmet Gateway India Limited, formerly known as Intellivate Capital Ventures Limited, announced the allotment of 400,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each to warrant holders, resulting in a total issued and paid-up capital of Rs 15,17,07,876 consisting of 15,17,07,876 equity shares. The company received Rs 78,60,000 from warrant holders for the allotment, priced at Rs 26.20 per share, including a premium of Rs 25.20, while 38,27,743 warrants lapsed due to non-exercise, resulting in the forfeiture of the upfront amount paid by the allottees.
