Mahan Industries postpones board meeting to August 18th to review financial results

Mahan Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the board meeting scheduled for Friday, 14th August 2026, has been postponed and rescheduled to Monday, 18th August 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to acknowledge the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director Mr. Yash Kamleshkumar Shah, effective from 08th August 2026.
