CCME Global’s board approved Q1 2026 results and appointed internal auditors

CCME Global Limited, formerly known as Genesis IBRC India Limited, announced that its board approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, and appointed M/s G J M S & Associates LLP as internal auditors for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The company also reported that there was no deviation in the utilization of Rs 32.25 crore raised through a preferential issue in March 2026, which was allocated to expanding its FMCG and commodities business, working capital for its import & export business, strategic investments, and general corporate purposes.
