Garnet International Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the forfeiture of 27,00,000 unexercised warrants and the transfer of Rs 8.84 Crores to the Capital Reserve Account following the expiry of the 18-month conversion tenure on August 10, 2026, according to a regulatory filing on August 14, 2026. The move effectively closes the preferential issue of convertible equity warrants initiated on February 10, 2025, which had a total original issue size of Rs 35.37 Crores, with the company having previously received Rs 8.84 Crores as upfront subscription money.
