IZMO Limited has approved the voluntary delisting of its equity shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited, noting the shares were previously delisted nearly two decades ago and continue to be reflected as listed in CSE's records, with a fresh delisting application planned pending regulatory approvals. The company clarified that its equity shares will remain listed and traded on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
