Krishna Capital & Securities Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Kunal Sharma & Associates, Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, replacing M/s. H M Kadeval & Associates, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s next Annual General Meeting.
