Ingersoll Rand India appoints Ajay Patil as independent director for five years

Ingersoll – Rand (India) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay Shriram Patil (DIN: 01217000) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective August 15, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Patil, aged 62, currently serves as Global Chief Financial Officer of RSB Transmission (India) Ltd. and brings extensive experience in business leadership and corporate governance. The company also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, Risk Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees, following the retirement of Mr. Sekhar Natarajan and Mr. Patil’s appointment.
