ITC Limited announced on August 14, 2026, that it issued and allotted 3,13,800 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each, following the exercise of 31,380 options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes, increasing the company’s Issued and Subscribed Share Capital to Rs 1252,97,82,031 /- divided into 1252,97,82,031 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each.
