Swiss Military Consumer Goods Limited announced that its board of directors approved the notice for the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2026, and fixed September 18, 2026, as the record date for dividend distribution related to the financial year 2025-26. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Ashita Sawhney, Mr. Surendra Kumar Bhagat, and Mr. Rajesh Tuteja as Non-Executive Directors, subject to shareholder approval.
