Krishna Capital appoints M/s. Kunal Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Krishna Capital & Securities Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Kunal Sharma & Associates, Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, replacing M/s. H M Kadeval & Associates, with the appointment subject to approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting.
