Krishna Capital confirms Secretarial Auditor resignation, citing professional commitments, pending approval

Krishna Capital & Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited that M/s. H M Kadeval & Associates has resigned from the position of Secretarial Auditor of the Company with effect from August 14, 2026, citing pre-occupation with other professional assignments, although their appointment for a five-year period from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31 was pending shareholder approval.
