Yashraj Containeurs Ltd., under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Resolution Professional Committee approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and fixed September 23, 2026, as the record date for the 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
