Izmo Limited reappoints Kiran Soni as Whole-time Director through September 2029

Izmo Limited announced the reappointment of Mrs. Kiran Soni (DIN: 08836616) as a Whole-time Director, effective September 27, 2026, until September 26, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Soni, born in 1967, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of the company, having joined Izmo Limited in 1995 and being redesignated in 2014; she is the spouse of Managing Director Mr. Sanjay Soni and daughter-in-law of Chairperson and Whole-time Director Mrs. Shashi Soni.
