Affle 3i Limited converts warrants, increasing share capital and seeking exchange listing

Affle 3i Limited has allotted 34,964 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd., a promoter of the company, following the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The allotment, which occurred on August 14, 2026, resulted in the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital increasing to Rs 281,828,696 divided into 140,914,348 equity shares. Affle 3i Limited is seeking listing of the newly allotted shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited.
