MT Educare Limited resolves several matters during CIRP, including director re-appointment

MT Educare Limited, currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, announced that Resolution Professional Mr. Arihant Nenawati approved several matters on August 14, 2026, including the Directors Responsibility Statement for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Notice for the 20th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026, the re-appointment of Non-Executive Director Mr. Vipin Choudhary, the appointment of a scrutinizer for the AGM, and the closure of the register of members from September 16 to September 22, 2026. The company also stated that it continues to face constraints in its finance and accounting functions, resulting in a delay in finalizing the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
