Pashupati Cotspin Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that M/s. SJV & Associates has resigned as Secretarial Auditor, effective August 14, 2026, due to the non-renewal of their Peer Review Certificate, and that M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates has been appointed to fill the vacancy, with the appointment valid until the conclusion of the company’s ensuing Annual General Meeting.
