MSEDCL issued an order for Rs 46.27 crore against G Corp Tech Park Condominium

PropShare Titania disclosed that Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has issued a Provisional Assessment Order dated July 20, 2026, against the G Corp Tech Park Condominium, of which Eranthus Developers Private Limited is a member, for Rs 46,27,38,062 concerning an electricity supply arrangement, prompting the Condominium to file a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay on August 12, 2026.
