Earthstahl & Alloys Limited announced that its board of directors approved the reappointment of Mr. Prawin Somani, DIN: 01143972, as a Whole Time Director for five years with effect from April 1, 2027, and Mr. Rajesh Somani, DIN: 01719930, as a Whole Time Director for five years with effect from September 1, 2027, both subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 17th Annual General Meeting.
