Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited’s board approved financial results and appointed new directors

Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited announced that its board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and re-appointed Mrs. Anjali Vikas Sapkal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective August 17, 2026, subject to member approval. The board also appointed Mr. Rahul Ramkrishna Modak as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 14, 2026, also subject to member approval.
