Semac Construction's Harivansh Dalmia re-appointed Whole Time Director for five years

Semac Construction Ltd., formerly Semac Consultants Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Harivansh Dalmia as Whole Time Director for a further term of five years, effective August 29, 2026, subject to member approval at the company's upcoming AGM. Mr. Dalmia’s appointment is related to Abhishek Dalmia, Chairman and Managing Director, and Mrs. Deepali Dalmia, Director of the company.
