Bazel International Ltd. confirmed that it did not raise any proceeds from a public issue, right issue, preferential issue, or Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, rendering the Statement of Deviation or Variation under Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 not applicable.
