Atharv Enterprises Limited re-appointed Vandana Gadiya and Pramod Gadiya to key director roles

Atharv Enterprises Limited re-appointed Vandana Pramod Gadiya as an executive director and Pramod Gadiya as managing director, with the latter’s appointment effective August 1, 2027, subject to member approval at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting. The board also re-appointed M/s. SHWETA JAIN & CO LLP as statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing after the conclusion of the 36th annual general meeting, and approved revisions to the remuneration of both Pramod Kumar Gadiya and Vandana Pramod Gadiya, subject to member approval. Additionally, the company disclosed material related-party transactions and fixed a book closure date for the annual general meeting.
