Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited allotted equity shares under its 2022 Employee Stock Option Plan

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited announced the allotment of 1,19,000 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2022, according to a regulatory filing on Monday. The allotment increases the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 1,14,38,10,760, divided into 11,43,81,076 equity shares. The company had previously received in-principle approval for these shares from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited in August 2025.
