Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited reported no deviations or variations in the utilization of proceeds from its preferential issue during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company, whose funds were raised on November 12, 2024, November 13, 2024, March 05, 2025, July 10, 2025 & July 11, 2025, for a total of Rs 14,74,59,820, confirmed that the proceeds have been fully utilized and align with the objects stated in the explanatory statement to the notice for the Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2024.
