Hindustan Adhesives re-appointed Ravi Kumar Aggarwal and Urmila Goenka to their boards

Hindustan Adhesives Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Kumar Aggarwal as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective August 26, 2026, to August 25, 2031, and Mrs. Urmila Goenka as a Whole-time Director for three years, effective September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2029, both subject to shareholder approval.
