Yash Innoventures appoints Aadit Rajal Dalal and Jani Dhavalkumar for five years

Yash Innoventures Limited, formerly known as Redex Protech Limited, announced the appointment of Aadit Rajal Dalal as a Whole-Time Director and Jani Dhavalkumar as an Additional Independent Director, both effective August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Dalal, who previously held roles at NGR Paper Company and Venus Trading Company, and is currently the owner of Aadar Paper Products LLP, was appointed for a period of 5 years, while Dhavalkumar, formerly Vice Principal of College of Safety and Fire Technology, Gujarat University, was also appointed for 5 years.
