Elitecon International appoints Pradeep Kumar as Managing Director for five years

Elitecon International Limited has appointed a new Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and Secretarial Auditor, effective August 14, 2026. Mr. Pradeep Kumar, with 28 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, and the tobacco industry, was appointed Managing Director for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Purva Jhanwar, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and Mr. Kusha Charan Swain, an MBA graduate with extensive financial management experience, were appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively, for whole-time employment. Neeraj Bajaj & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor to fill a casual vacancy. All appointees are independent of the company and hold no shares. The appointments, which reflect a focus on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, are subject to shareholder approval where applicable.
