Fratelli Vineyards promoter transfers Rs 90,36,779 shares via gift amongst promoters

Bhupinder Kumar Sekhri, a promoter of Fratelli Vineyards Limited, disclosed an inter-se transfer of up to 90,36,779 equity shares through a gift amongst promoters and promoter group, valued at Rs 90,36,779, to be completed on or before September 10, 2026, without consideration. The transaction, involving shares from Mrs. Shobha Sekhri, Mr. Gaurav Sekhri, Mrs. Aarti Sekhri, and Mrs. Puja Sekhri, represents 20.79% of the company's share capital and is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, with the aggregate promoter and promoter group holding remaining unchanged.
