Sky Industries Limited announced the allotment of 54,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under its Sky Industries Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP 2018), according to a filing with the BSE Limited on August 14, 2026. The allotment increased the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 7,89,05,410 consisting of 78,90,541 equity shares to Rs 7,94,45,410 consisting of 79,44,541 equity shares.
