Sika Interplant Systems reported no dematerialisation requests through July 31, 2026

Sika Interplant Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer agent, has confirmed that no requests for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares were received for the period ended July 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
