HDFC Bank allotted shares to employees under its ESOS, boosting share capital

HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 17,29,212 equity shares to employees, pursuant to the exercise of options/RSU’s under its Employees Stock Options Scheme s (ESOS), increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from 15,40,93,91,686 equity shares to 15,41,11,20,898 equity shares.
