Shah family members acquire 11,52,450 shares, boosting stake in Parmax Pharma

Dhiren Chandulal Shah and Sunil Chinubhai Shah, along with Dhairya Dhiren Shah, Hiren Pravin Doshi, Sheetal Hiren Doshi, Nirmal Sunilbhai Shah, Vijaykumar Natvarlal Shiyani, and Kamlesh Natvarlal Shiyani, have acquired a total of 11,52,450 equity shares of Parmax Pharma Limited on August 13, 2026, pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated June 08, 2026. The acquisition, made through off-market transactions, increased the total shareholding of the acquirers and persons acting in concert from 27.20% to 58.01% of Parmax Pharma Limited's equity capital.
