Borosil Renewables converts warrants, raising funds for solar glass expansion project

Borosil Renewables Limited announced the allotment of 53,38,840 equity shares following the conversion of warrants by warrant holders, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 14,71,83,709. The funds raised will be utilized, among other purposes, to finance the company’s solar glass expansion project. N R Agarwal Industries Limited received 37,735 shares, while Jigar Chandrakant Shah received 47,169 shares, and Niveshaay Hedgehogs FUND received 3,57,924 shares, as detailed in an annexure.
