Uravi Defence appoints Viren Gandhi & Co as statutory auditors for five years

Uravi Defence and Technology Limited, formerly known as Uravi T and Wedge Lamps Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s Viren Gandhi & Co, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors with effect from September 30, 2026, for a term of five consecutive years subject to shareholder approval at the 22nd Annual General Meeting and subsequent 27th Annual General Meeting.
