McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited announced that Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya has resigned as Chairman and Independent Director, effective August 13, 2026, due to age-related health issues. Bhattacharyya also ceases to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Audit Committee of the company, and held directorships at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. and Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd.
