Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya resigns as Chairman and Independent Director of McNally Bharat

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited announced that Partha Sarathi Bhattacharyya has resigned as Chairman and Independent Director, effective August 13, 2026, due to age-related health issues. Bhattacharyya will also cease to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Audit Committee of the company, and held directorships at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. and Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd.
