Apollo Tyres Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Kumar Sinha, currently Chief Manufacturing & Sustainability Officer, as a Whole-time Director (Additional Director) effective August 13, 2026, for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval through a postal ballot.
