Maximus International Ltd consolidated sales up 6.98% on year in Q2FY2026

Maximus International Ltd share price softened by 1.05% to Rs 14.08 after the company's net profit eased 6.82% to Rs 2.05 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 6.98% to Rs 59.91 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Trading & Distributors industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 49691.37 crore, heading higher 11.18%. It has eased by 0.80% over last one week and spiked sharply by 24.91% in last one month while the market capitalization of Maximus International Ltd has inched up 0.57% and 41.22% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Maximus International Ltd stood at Rs 2.41 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 2.82% year-on-year, and tumbling by 20.98% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 4 crore, expanding by 21.61% YoY and rallying 254.03% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 4.45% to Rs 56.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 49.69 crore, jumping 23.58% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.06 crore, ticking higher by 5.64% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 44.12% to Rs 156.85 crore, while net profit rose by 13.89% to Rs 9.1 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 279% to Rs 11.39 crore, and PBT jumped 22.66% to Rs 10.34 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 14.57 crore in FY26, as against Rs 8.18 crore in FY25. Maximus International Ltd soared by 18.58% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
