The Company's net profit tumbled by 78.71% to Rs 1.78 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 36.14% to Rs 19.38 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd stood at Rs 2.45 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 39.51% year-on-year, and nosediving by 76.49% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, tumbling by 74.81% YoY and plunging by 89.17% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 6.11% to Rs 17.67 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.28 crore, expanding by 8.57% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 47.67% to Rs 70.72 crore, while net profit soared by 85.76% to Rs 19.17 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1791% to Rs 28.4 crore, and PBT soared 52.86% to Rs 25.42 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 8.72 crore in FY26, as against Rs 3.44 crore in FY25.
