Accedere Ltd consolidated sales down 39.88% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 87.72%

Accedere Ltd share price inched up 4.77% to Rs 78.35. The Company's net profit plunged by 87.72% to Rs 0.07 crore, while revenue from operations nosedived 39.88% to Rs 1.01 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Computers - Software & Consulting industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 23.94 lakh crore, gaining 5%. It has improved by 0.83% over last one week and advanced by 9.90% in last one month while the market capitalization of Accedere Ltd has gained 10.01% and 46.40% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Accedere Ltd stood at Rs 0.09 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 28.57% year-on-year, and tumbling by 87.32% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, rallying 30.00% YoY and crashing by 84.34% sequentially. Total expenses eased by 7.92% to Rs 0.93 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.54 crore, remaining flat YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 42.58% to Rs 3.65 crore, while net profit tumbled by 255.56% to Rs 0.14 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 121% to Rs 0.07 crore, and PBT collapsed by 300% to Rs 0.14 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.69 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.22 crore in FY25. Accedere Ltd headed higher 6.83% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
