The company's board approved the shifting of its registered office to 1B, Meenakshi Tech Park, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and scheduled its 42nd Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, while also appointing Jineshwar Kumar Sankhala as the scrutinizer for the meeting.
