Triton Valves Limited recently approved a 3:1 bonus share issue, with shares listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, utilizing Rs 384.16 lakhs from the securities premium account. The company has retrospectively adjusted earnings per share to reflect the increased share count. A change in operating model for subsidiary Tritonvalves Future Tech Private Limited, effective April 1, 2026, now centralizes brass boring ownership and processing. Triton Valves also reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 21,408.63 lakhs for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to Rs. 22,855.16 lakhs for the prior year period, with Automotive, Metals, and Climate Control segments contributing significantly. The company estimates a Rs. 151.78 lakhs increase in gratuity liability due to changes introduced by the new Labour Codes, effective November 21, 2025.
