Kridhan Infra confirms no deviation in fund utilization of Rs 41.60 crore

Kridhan Infra Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that there was no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company had raised Rs 41.60 crore, with Rs 21.60 crore allocated for repayment of debt, Rs 10.00 crore for investment in subsidiaries, and Rs 10.00 crore for general corporate purposes.
